A better outcome.
With more than eighteen years of combined legal experience to the firm. Worked through law school focusing on family and construction law, then clerked for the Montana 18th Judicial District Court in Gallatin County before beginning private practice. A practical foundation that still shapes the way we work: direct attorney access, clear strategy, and no wasted motion.
As a former prosecutor for the City of Bozeman, I have tried dozens of bench and jury trials. In private practice, I have handled trials and appeals in state and federal courts, from the Montana Supreme Court to the United States Ninth Circuit, and is admitted before all Montana state district courts, the U.S. District Court for Montana, the Montana Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit. Outside the office, I enjoy Montana's outdoors, good food, and time with family.
